All user and product data processed by Luxyai Studio, whether in a state of static storage or dynamic transmission, is encrypted using industry-standard AES encryption technology and TLS 1.3 protocol. Our databases are hosted on a platform that has obtained SOC 1 Type 2 and SOC 2 Type 2 certifications; this platform provides encryption protection, private database connections, auditing and security logging capabilities throughout its infrastructure layer, and ensures compliance with GDPR and PCI DSS 4.0 standards based on the "shared responsibility model".

The above measures are designed to ensure that your personal information and content are securely stored and transmitted within our systems.
